OSAP Funding Information
Most Ontario university and college students are enrolled in a supplementary health plan through their student union.
Check your student union’s website or contact your benefits provider to confirm coverage.
Additional Funding
OSAP Bursary for Students with Disabilities (BSWD) offers up to $2,000 per academic year toward disability-related services, which can include therapy or coaching. To be eligible, you must:
- Receive OSAP with at least $1 in provincial need
- Have a verified permanent, persistent, or prolonged disability
- Apply through your school’s Financial Aid and Accessibility Services offices
The BSWD is non-repayable. For more information, visit osap.gov.on.ca or speak with your school’s Accessibility Services office.

Future Pathways is a structured coaching program designed to help students, young adults, and career changers explore what’s next. Hosted virtually, you work with a Certified Professional Coach who helps you make sense of your strengths, interests, and values and explore pathways based on your goals.
Our approach is strengths-based, which means the program starts with what is already working in you, not what is missing.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does the Future Pathways program cost? Is this covered by insurance?
Future Pathways is currently available at pilot pricing for early sign-ups. Tier 1 is $675.75 for 4 sessions, and Tier 2 is $1,440.75 for 8 sessions. Regular pricing will be $795 and $1,695 respectively.
Future Pathways is not covered by insurance. Career guidance and coaching are not a regulated mental health service, so most insurance providers in Canada do not cover it.
Is the session conducted virtually or in-person?
All Future Pathways Sessions are conducted virtually, which means you can book from anywhere across Canada.
Can parents join if their teen is unsure about participating?
Parents are welcome to join the 1st free 20-minute consultation as well as the last session. Your coach will go over the key findings, discuss your teen’s strengths and recommended pathways, and answer any questions you have about next steps together.
Is this relevant if I plan to move from a physical job to an office career?
Yes. If you have been working in one field, regardless if it’s a trades position or any job that requires physical labour, and are thinking about a change, this session can help you figure out where your skills and experience could take you next.
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
No preparation needed. Just come ready to share openly and explore what feels true for you right now.
