Green Forest Therapy
Group Therapy in GTA
Structured, supportive space where teens and young adults can learn, practice, and connect with their peers.
Our group therapy programs offer a structured, supportive space where teens and young adults can learn, practice, and connect with their peers. Our therapists specialize in ADHD, anxiety, autism, and emotional dysregulation, and focus on creating a safe space where they feel heard and seen.
At Green Forest Therapy, we believe some of the most powerful growth happens in relationship with others. Our group therapy programs help participants practice skills in real time and build self-awareness. Sessions are facilitated by licensed social workers and registered therapists.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a diagnosis to join group therapy?
No, we do not require an official diagnosis. Our group programs are open to anyone navigating life’s challenges, whether or not they have a formal label. Our intake process helps us understand your needs and match you to the right program.
Is group therapy covered by insurance?
Group therapy facilitated by registered social workers (RSW) or registered psychotherapists (RP) may be eligible for coverage depending on your plan. We direct bill to most insurance providers and provide receipts for those we don’t.
How many participants are in each group?
Our groups are capped at 6 participants. Each group is also closed, which means new members cannot join mid-program. This structure is intentional because it gives participants the time and consistency needed to build genuine trust and rapport.
What is your policy for missed sessions?
Payment is non-refundable and collected in full at the time of registration. Missed sessions are treated as no-shows. If you anticipate a conflict, please mention it during your consultation.
What is your cancellation policy for therapy programs?
You may cancel until June 22, 2026 to receive a full refund. Any cancellations after are not refundable. Due to the closed group format, we ensure that participants are committed to attending all sessions.
