From understanding where your inner critic comes from to building tools to quiet it, find out what this program could look like for you. Fill out the form and we’ll reach out to chat.
Most of us have an inner voice, one that narrates our wins and failures in real time, and holds us to standards we’ve set for ourselves. Those standards are shaped by our upbringing, environments, and the people around us. Left unchecked, they can weigh us down and get in the way of our best selves.
This program may be a good fit for young adults who:
- Struggle with an inner monologue of self-doubt
- Find yourself caught in cycles of perfectionism or comparison
- Feel like you’re never quite enough
- Discover where the inner voice comes from and what it’s protecting
Our 3-day program helps participants recognize thought patterns that hold them back, understand where their inner critic comes from, and begin building a more trusting relationship with themselves.
- Quiet your inner critic
- Build self-compassion
- Reconnect with yourself
Program Highlights
Explore The Inner Critic
Take a closer look at the voice in your head, where it came from, and the role it has been playing in your life.
Shadow Self and Parts Work
Every critic has an origin story. Our facilitator helps you explore the experiences, relationships, and environments that shaped yours.
Self-Compassion
Confront the parts of yourself you have been avoiding, judging, or pushing away, and learn to relate to them differently.
Somatic Grounding
Learn breath, posture, and body awareness practices to quiet the noise from within. The inner critic lives in the body as much as the mind.
Narrative Therapy and
Re-authoring
Sessions focus on understanding stories that held us back, and learning ways to build a new, more honest narrative rooted in self-trust.
Compassion-Focused Tools
Learn practical CBT and ACT techniques to recognize unhelpful thought patterns, reduce their power, and be kinder to yourself.

Is group therapy covered by insurance?
Group therapy facilitated by registered social workers (RSW) or registered psychotherapists (RP) may be eligible for coverage depending on your plan. We direct bill to most insurance providers and provide receipts for those we don’t.
