Brandon Schiafone

Registered Social Worker

Meet Brandon

MSW, RSW

Brandon Schiafone is a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto. His professional background spans crisis intervention, youth programming, community advocacy, and accessibility initiatives, informed by his lived experience as a blind individual.

This perspective has aided Brandon in understanding resilience, vulnerability, and human complexity.

Brandon integrates Emotion Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy within a trauma-informed and adaptive framework. Guided by a client-first philosophy, he works alongside individuals and families navigating identity questions, relationship strain, and life transitions.

Individuals experiencing debilitating self-doubt, anxiety, depression, burnout, identity confusion, emotional overwhelm, and relationship struggles can truly benefit from Brandon’s support.

His sessions blend structured interventions with creative problem solving, allowing clients space for both practical skill building and deeper emotional processing. Clients can expect stronger emotional regulation, clearer thinking, and greater confidence in daily decisions by building practical, repeatable systems. Over time, progress shows up in tangible ways, where self-doubt softens and actions feel intentional.

His approach combines structured therapeutic tools with empathy, clarity, and steady presence so clients feel supported while making meaningful change.

Outside the office, Brandon finds grounding in humour. He often turns to the world of stand up comedy, both as an audience member and occasional performer, embracing the idea that healing and joy can coexist.
