A message from our founder

Our psychotherapy company was founded to help clients overcome challenges with executive function differences. We believe in empowering people by helping them understand how their brains work. Our therapy focuses on the parts of the brain responsible for executive functions, showing clients how to make these areas healthier and more effective. By understanding these processes, our clients can gain better control and achieve more daily.

Over the 9 years of working with individuals with ADHD and Autism, I have dedicated time to helping my clients manage their symptoms and teach them skills. All of our brains are different. Knowing how our brain interprets the world around us is important. Part of my work involves education about parts of the brain, neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin, and adrenaline, and their impact on executive functioning, mood, and behaviour. This experience led me to create our company, focusing on addressing the root causes of executive function issues. We can't make meaningful change through therapy if we ignore the brain, nervous system, and body, and only focus on thoughts and feelings. We need to understand what is happening with our brain and body before we can make substantial progress.

Our Approach

We take a comprehensive, integrative, and strengths-based approach, recognizing and addressing the whole person—their mind, body, and environment. By incorporating neuroscience-informed tools, we gain a deep understanding of brain function and develop evidence-based strategies tailored to each individual's unique needs. Our mission is to empower growth, resilience, and well-being through meaningful, practical solutions that integrate therapy, coaching, and consulting. This approach fosters community-based support for neurodiverse individuals and their families, creating a cohesive path toward lasting positive change.
